The willingness of lecturers, education staff, and managers to help students and provide services quickly.

Assurance

The ability of lecturers, education staff, and managers to give confidence to students that the services provided follow the provisions.

Empathy

The willingness/concern of lecturers, education staff, and managers to pay attention to students.

Measured

Adequacy, accessibility, quality of facilities, and infrastructure (UGM SPS building, classroom, canteen, toilet, mosque or praying room, internet, lounge, etc.).
