Tawa itu berbahaya. Dua filsuf, Zeuxis dan Chrysippus, dari masa sebelum masehi meninggal karena ugal-ugalan tertawa. Nasib serupa dialami oleh Raja Martin Aragorn dari Sicily dan Pietro Aretino yang meregang nyawa lantaran tertawa semaunya. Bahkan, begitu potensialnya ancaman tawa, trio Dono-Kasino-Indro selalu membubuhkan pesan, "Tertawalah sebelum tawa itu dilarang" di tiap akhir film mereka. Di saat yang sama, tawa juga bisa menjadi perantara damai dan suka cita. Hanya karena satu tawa terlepas, adu ego antara dua anak manusia bisa luluh seketika. Dengan menertawakan diri bersama-sama, kebekuan ideologi bisa lumer dan kata-kata pun mengalir apa adanya. Bahkan, konon Tuhan pun tertawa ketika seorang hamba mendebat-Nya. Karenanya, upaya @irzhazel untuk menambah dua huruf di belakang namanya ini perlu kita rayakan juga dengan tawa, apalagi ia akan membabar tentang apa yang ada di balik tawa.

Every religions or beliefs have a group that tend to purify their tenets, to eliminate the sincretic aspects, to sort between local tradition and universal teaching. Within this circumstances, the existence of society with hybrid identity poses as a threat, it becomes thorn in the flesh. On the other hand, as shown throught out history, the presence of hibridity among multicultur and heterogen society is inevitable. One of them are Buddha Jawa community in Jatimulyo, Kulon Progo who become a learning space for @candradvii in exploring hybrid identity in Javanese community.
