Abstract:
The invitation from Muslims to Christians contained in ACommon Word is welcome and important. How have Christians responded? The responses of the World Council of Churches and the National Council of Churches USA offer two perspectives. Can we both affirm this basis for relationship, and also see the importance of attending to our differences?
