Salam
Lalu, bagaimana kita menyapa diri kita sendiri? Ruang tubuh, ruang alam, ruang rumah, ruang emosi, ruang batin, ruang pikiran.
Greeting
I will try to embrace the first time I learned Amerta with Mbah Prapto. I learned how greeting is very important to start a relationship. Greeting the universe, greeting nature, say hi to the universe. It is through our effort to start a good relationship with the universe, with greetings, that we can prove that our bodies have manners that should be appreciated by nature itself. Like the Buddha statue at Borobudur temple, when doing the abhaya mudra pose. Greetings of kindness to all beings.
Then how do we greet ourselves… body space, nature space, home space, emotional space, inner space, mind space.
Greeting, observing, seeing in detail slowly and continuously… greeting things that are important or unimportant according to us, big or small, visible or invisible.
By continuously observing, it is hoped that we will reduce the causes of unhappiness, such as ignorance, lust and desire.
We will be busy with the wonder of forms, sensations, cause and effect, encounters and we will realize a meaning of existence.
